The coaching profession is well developed across many industries and professions around the globe and the need to specialise is increasing. We teach you to coach anyone, anywhere in the world and then help you to identify and develop your own coaching process and practice.

We believe that to be a coach, its important to experience being coached. When you enrol in our program you get automatic entry to our Peer Coaching Program. And it is a requirement of the program that you coach for a certain number of hours and be coached. This is just one of the many benefits of training with us.

You will learn how to set up a coaching program for your coachee, which tools and techniques you can use and how and when to use them. You will also learn how to measure the Return of Investment for your clients and coachees.
